Kascol has been operating independently since 1980. With all operations on site, we are able to successfully maintain
control of our production processes.

Governance protocols are adhered to as enshrined in the company’s Articles of Association.

Kascol has a seven member Board of Directors well vested and committed to the growth, profitability and sustainability of the company.

Our 160 smallholder farmers also have Board representation, being invested stakeholders in the company.

A qualified management team, led by the Estate manager, Finance manager, and Agriculture manager, combine to oversee the day to day operations of the company.
